Faire Season 2E

Faire Season is a GMless and Diceless tabletop roleplaying game that uses the Belonging Outside Belonging system. It draws the players into the colorful world of Middle Ages historical reenactment and Renaissance Faires. In the midst of a dreamy and escapist week long costumed camping event, they will find themselves drawn into a series of strange supernatural occurrences. A quest that is  spun from ancient primal magic, and the very power of imagination itself: The Dream. 

Can these everyday people embracing their idealized selves of a mythic past survive a true quest of myth and magic? Will they be able to make it to pack down on the dawn of the Event's final day?

This is the Ashcan for Faire Season Second Edition.
It includes new rules for long term and asymmetrical play via The Steward and The Quest Clock guidelines. This expanded and updated iteration of the game moves beyond the classic Belonging Outside Belonging style to bring in more robust mechanics. For now, the ashcan is B&W, has minimal formatting, and no interior art for ease of printing. Yet it is fully playable!
