A Month into the Process

I published Faire Season about a month ago. I have been hosting playtests and demos online and having a blast sharing this game with folks. It is honestly both a love letter, and a satire of SCAdian and Renaissance Faire Culture.  It’s about the transcendent power of The Dream and how reality can intrude and let you down.  It is also about magic, folklore, and the darkness of stories told by the campfire. That feeling you get when you wander out to the woods during a camping event and feel something out there is watching you.  It is about the power of stories. This is a game by Dreamers for Dreamers.
